Creating an Ethical Organizational Culture

 

Developing or maintaining an ethical team is likely of interest to you and your colleagues. The Chicago Chapter of MSMA is counting on that being the case as it has brought in a speaker that is very knowledgeable of the subject.

Come learn what other organizations are doing to create and communicate an ethical organizational culture.  You will receive details of specific principles, programs, and communication mechanisms that contribute to building and sustaining an ethical organizational culture.

Margie Mitchell, CMDSM, has been an active member of MSMA for 12 years and currently serves as Chapter President of the Dallas Fort Worth Chapter and is Western Regional Director for MSMA National. She is Regional Account Manager for UPS Mail Innovations, covering North Texas and Oklahoma.  Margie holds a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from the University of Texas and an MA in Public Administration from UT Arlington.  She earned her CMDSM certification in 2002 and was honored as one of the Top 50 Women in Business in Tarrant County in 1999.

PLUS, THIS IS THE ANNIVERSARY MEETING

That means there will be a door prizes donated by our generous vendors. We will also announce the winners of the Mail Center of the Year, Mail Center Manager of the Year and vendor of the Year Awards.
