Joe started Creative Management Services (CMS) in 1998. They have clients in 6 countries besides the USA. He was instrumental in putting together the original CMDSM Certification, and has over 60 articles published in both the USPS and Mail Magazine. Joe has been a frequent speaker at the MAILCOM Conferences and other local MSMA Chapter, and was a long time member of the MSMA Houston Chapter. He was also the recipient of the MAILCOM Lifetime Achievement Award
