About the Event
Many agencies/companies use contractors to process their mail, either as outsource providers for all mail center processes, or as pre-sorters of outgoing mail.
Are your service contracts doing what you need?
Does your agency/company distribute the "Code of Conduct" and train employees so that they understand the ethical principles that are essential for program credibility and success?
