About the Event
Our presenter will be Floyd Creecy is employed by HeiTech Services Inc. head-quartered in Landover, Maryland.
He is a Project Manager of the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Contract
providing logistical support services.
Floyd currently serves as MSMA National Vice-President, MSMA Metro DC Chapter President,
and Executive Board Member of the Northern Virginia Postal Customer Council.
He is a compassion-ate motivational speaker, mentor, and empowering leader.
He is a regular keynote and presenter at MAILCOM, MSMA and PCC events.
With state-of-the-art technology and economic demands constantly changing,
Floyd says that, “Attitude, industry education and information aid us in our ability to exceed our own limitations.”
Floyd resides in Aberdeen, Maryland with his lovely wife Carol. He enjoys sports, traveling and family time.
They are the proud parents of 5 children and 13 grandchildren.
We will be also be bidding a fond farewell to our Chapter President, Mrs. Denise Streit
Denise will be retiring after a 28 year career at Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund in October 2023.
Denise attended her very first MSMA meeting in November 1996 and has been part of the board since 1997.
Denise has held the title of President of the Chicago MSMA Chapter since November 6, 2016.
Married for 27 years, Denise will be joining husband who has recently retired from the USPS and ready for their new ventures to begin. Denise and her husband have raised 2 outstanding sons;
Patrick who is finishing his last year of law school in Iowa and Lucas who has relocated to Providence RI to pursue a career in technical stage direction.
Denise and her husband have happily, added a new puppy, Callie, to the family in August.
Denise and her husband’s immediate plan in retirement is fixing the house to sell to relocate to be close to one of their sons.
Denise also plans on volunteering during her retirement reading to children and hospice patients.
On a personal note, I have known Denise for far more years than I’d like to admit, both as a
customer of mine in my early career in commingle and most importantly as a friend.
We wish Denise and her family all the best as they venture into the new phase of their lives.
